Islamic Therapy & Counselling Singapore
Sacred Heartwork is an Islamic mental wellness hub offering therapy and counselling for Muslims in Singapore. Our faith-based approach combines psychology, spirituality, and Islamic values to help you heal from trauma, anxiety, grief, and more.
Psychological support that honours your deen. We connect you to licensed Muslim therapists who are trauma-informed and Islamically grounded — so your healing doesn’t have to compromise your values.
We host live seminars and online workshops on topics like mental health in Islam, trauma, grief, boundaries, and more. Whether in a masjid, retreat centre, or on Zoom — our gatherings are soft landings for the soul.
We work with schools, mosques, NGOs, and wellness spaces to co-create programs, review content, and offer expert input in the field of Islamic psychology, faith-based wellness, and mental health education.
Conversations that make you feel seen — exploring trauma, grief, shame, inner child healing, and more, through the lens of Islamic psychology. Hosted by Dr. Mumtaz and Ustazah Dr. Noraini, with guests who speak from the heart.
At Sacred Heartwork, we bring together the timeless guidance of Islam and the proven tools of psychology to help you heal, grow, and thrive. With faith at the centre and evidence-based therapy as our guide, we walk with you—mind, heart, and soul—towards healing.
